It was a dark and gloomy night...No, I think it was a cold and foggy  day.  Well regardless it all started when I was young.  I really don’t know if you could have called it a passion for cooking when I was young,because it was a necessity.

   

My father passed away when I was 9;  my mother went right back to work.  My brothers and I would call my mother at work and ask “what’s for dinner?”  Mother’s reply would be, “it’s in the cabinet, figure it out or read the directions”.  As years went on my grandmothers and aunts, oh and of course my mother were huge influences.

   

Fuget About it Catering is based on my family’s recipes, and freshness of ingredients.  On site preparation insures that the food will be made fresh.  We are a full service catering business.  We come in, set up, cook, serve, and clean so you and your guests can forget about it and enjoy your event.
