Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the food at the First Communion party. As you know, cooking is my passion and I have to tell you...the food was UNBELIEVEABLE. I don't know what it cost you, but whatever it was it was worth every penny. The old saying you get what you pay for was very true. I have a good pallet for food, and I can telly ou with certainty the food was of the highest quality, and was cooked to perfection...You know everyone loves my meatballs. Well I am changing my mix after 40 years to Jerry's mix. Those were the best meatballs ever: fresh, moist, succulent and most of all tasty as hell. top quality ingredients and the skill to create them. I will be visiting him when I come back in November. I want to cook with him (my new best freind chef). He will go far in that business. He has the good sense to use the best ingredients, and the skill to make them delicious. From the sausage with peppers to the baked ziti to the salad (I know the dressing was made from scratch) I could taste the great olive oil. Don't hesitate to use him again, and he is a great person too. He shared his recipe with me which most cooks wouldn't share. Ans a great people person...when you see him tell him thanks again from me...was a great meal."
